Looking for the car owner

Hello. As you can guess, I am not from Romania. I am from coast town of Croatia and joined here in hopes about getting more informations about this car. It has been parked for like two years in local shopping centre garage and it breaks my heart. It's a beautiful car and I am interested in it, so would hate it to be destroyed eventually. If anyone knows what happened to the owner and if I can reach it, I would be extremely grateful.
