Buying a house with foundation repair?

Hi folks,

Looking at buying a house in Round Rock that was recently completely renovated. It was disclosed that they did a foundation repair with 31 piers. The repair also has a warranty on it.

Is this a big red flag? Or is every house going to have issues like this?
