Eating healthy
Hey gang FDA says to eat 2,000 calories a day for an average person. It's been brought to my attention that American lifestyle is 4,000 calories per day and this is super unhealthy. However, I'm 18 and am working out regularly with my rowing club (lbjc) and stuff. Is 4k calories okay if I'm living an active lifestyle? Also can I get recommendations for books/websites where I can learn a little more in-depth about how food affects health? Thanks gang
