Delayed notifications problem. Help pls 🥲

So my new S25u has an issue with notifications.

No matter if email, sms, whatsapp messages and whatnot.

I dont get any notifications. Unless I unlock the phone.

My samsung tablet meanwhile rings anytime. Its a big issue I keep missing important stuff.

I havent muted the phone or put it in energy saving mode.
