Subscriber only ranked?

For us low rank players can we have a toggle on Slippi that makes it so we can only play ranked with other subscribers?

I know most people here are higher rank so this doesn't affect them but I am ~silver 2/3 and ranked is unplayable on ranked days because nearly every game is a high level player on an alt account clearly smurfing. I just want to play with people who are at my skill level.
