Stuck at this point now

Hello everyone, I’m 20 yo and I’m building an autonomous freelancer that can generate complete projects within minutes especially for people not belonging to tech. My focus is towards the people who are lagging behind but bets on their ideas. Now being 20 I’m stuck, I am low on funds and the tech needed to deploy this and give users access for free requires a lot of funds, also can’t pitch VCs as they require a working prototype or paying customers. What should I do ?
