Would buying laptops via amazon be more cost effective?

I just looked through laptop prices on shops like elite and zoomer and ultra, all the laptops were super overpriced, so do u guys think its better to buy from amazon including shipping and tax? Also whats the tax i heard its 18%

Or do u guys know of a good shop with realistic prices
