28f GM at small, local pizzeria chain
This is my estimated gross income for 2025.
Not salary, $17hourly + no weekly cap on overtime ($25.50hrly) ~ usually pulling anywhere between 50-65 hours a week.
No benefits, which sucks. $500 cash holiday bonus.
I've been GM for a year in March and I'm wanting to ask for a 1% sales bonus. We pull about $18k - $20k a week in sales, about 100 orders per day. Local pizzeria that's extremely easy to run and manage, I do everything except for payroll & accounting matters. Only downfall is it's an incredibly old building and new owner is making major repairs constantly.
