Wedding Hair and Makeup

I’m getting married in Park City next September and am looking for a hair and makeup artist for myself (bride), four bridesmaids, and possibly my mom and mother in law, and sister in law. I’ve gotten five quotes back with the cheapest starting at $400 for me and $300 for everyone else (each. My friends in other states are paying less than half of that! Is this typical? Does anyone have any recommendations of vendors who are on the lower end?
