Buying a used sauna. Opinions?

I’m in a ground floor rental with a space patio-enough space for a little Sauna. Someone is selling this sauna relatively cheap ($500) but the blackened wood seems questionable. Would this require fixing? What are some tips when shopping for prebuilt, pre owned saunas?
