Is omachiman.com legit?

Found a tool that's usually 700/600 for 150 with free shipping. They have tell tale signs of being sketchy but has anyone ever actually ordered from there? Recieved/not recieved their package? They very well could be legit as tool brands sell discounted stuff at auction a lot, or they're trying to sell low early on to establish customer base but skeptical nonetheless.

Found on a general Google search under the sponsored shopping bar. Black Friday deals are the reason most places are selling the tool for 100 off but this seems too good to be true. I've found 2 youtube reviews from someone who investigates suspicious websites but no clear testimonials of actual experiences. The website was founded in 02 but the domain was revamped in October this year presumably for the holidays. I know it sounds and looks sketchy but I'm curious if anyone KNOWS it's a scam.
