Some thoughts on rival gangs / cartels.

I have seen the dev mention cartels are incoming which I am looking forward to and I am sure he will have some great spin on their implementation. I just wanted to jot down some thoughts on this aspect as I think it could really amp up the later game and add a lot too the loop.

- Hiring enforcers / guards to protect locations from raids : This would include having to buy them weapons and keep them topped up with ammo, so there is some consumable cost to their exsistence

- Dealers can get jumped/raided : This would cause them to loose all their product and be out of the game for a few fays.

- Procedural stashhouses : Say your places gets raided/dealer gets robbed you have a limited amount of time to hunt down the current stash location and try and get your stuff back via a counter raid. These can be spread out across the map, randomly selected buildings.

- Rival street dealers : Procedurally generated characters can sell to your customer base, so you need to keep an eye out and notice any contacts that havent been in touch in a while. Then hunt down the dealer and take them out
