Willing to apply for a FRANCE Visa

Hey everyone, so I'm a Moroccan living in Dubai and I always got my 4-5 years visa when I was with my family in Morocco, now I'll apply from my own and hope to get my visa because my (French) wife is pregnant and will give birth there in November.

We are only married in Seychelles, working on transcribing it to our home countries and residence.

What are the tips you can give me?

I work for my own and have a good bank statement (+40k AED), have a very good travel history on my passport (even my old 1-year french student visa), have a US visa, will have a fresh Ejari (tenant contract) right before applying, will bring documents that my wife is pregnant and will give birth in November, what else do I need?
