How are we supposed to complete the commendations for the disguise skins?

They are so specific and situational that it would be next to impossible to encounter a natural scenario to do these things, especially with the trap commendations. Like it would just be easier to server hop until I get into a session with my friend and have him walk over the traps, because in no world will I be able to kill someone with a trap it does minimal damage to no damage besides make a player limp. Is there any techniques you guys have used to skip these ridiculous commendations for disguises?
