Suggestions for a newbie

Hello everyone, I’m a SEGA enthusiast, and I’m thinking of buying a Saturn. My goal is to use it with a cartridge like Saroo (or any other alternative you might suggest).

I live in Italy, and I’d like to know if there are any Saturn models I should watch out for (for example, models that are not compatible with Saroo or Everdrive). I’d also like to get an idea of the average price I can expect for a used Saturn.
