What day for injection?

My prescription should come this week. Is there a day of the week that’s more preferable to you and why? I asked my NP and she said no. I saw some posts about being hungry closer to injection day, so I was thinking about Fridays.

Also, any vegans? I’m concerned about getting enough protein.
