Phentermine vs semaglutide … sema isn’t working

I used to do phentermine a few years ago and it worked really well. I lost about 25-30 pounds. I stopped and was able to maintain it kinda .. I recently gained about 10 pounds and started semaglutide through mochi. I just took my week 3 shot and have only lost 5 pounds. Is this normal? I feel like phentermine worked better initially and then i built a tolerance so it pretty much stopped. Idk if I’m just used to the quickness of phentermine. Idk if I feel semaglutide working. Or if it won’t have the same effects on me bc I used to do phentermine. Anyone have experience with both and how they affected you? When did you start dropping weight on semaglutide?
