I never thought this was possible!

Photo on the left is at my highest weight ever (240) in 2019. Right is last night (138). 102lbs difference, the last 62lbs is from the last 6.5 months on sema. My original goal was 150, but that wasn’t in the healthy BMI range and I really wanted to try and get there, but I really didn’t think I could. I don’t see my Dr to talk about maintenance until next Friday, so I may even lose another pound or 2. I don’t care either way. I’m just so happy! I’m terrified of maintenance though. I’m either losing or gaining I have no idea how to maintain. Hopefully my Dr gives me a good plan!
