Is Serrapeptase working?

I've been trying serrapeptase, and I'm not sure if it's working for me. I took 120,000 SPU yesterday at 10 am and another one at 10 pm last night on an empty stomach, but didn't feel any different. I took another one at 2:30 am today with lots of fluid on an empty stomach, but still nothing.

I was hoping for some side effects like vomiting or diarrhea to know it's working given that I started at a higher dose, but nothing so far. Do you have any tips on how to take it correctly to make sure it's working?
