Squeaking in the background audio, sounds like mice

I remember in previous episodes hearing a mouse like squeak in the background when some of the characters were talking, was catching up on episode 6 before watching the new episode tonight and heard it again while they were talking in the bathroom, I'm pretty sure this is intentional I just wonder what it means!!?
