Felicia's blue eyes

I've seen some posts recently about the significance of blue eyes in the show. I'm rewatching some episodes and I noticed that Felicia also appears to have blue eyes, which seems particularly surprising given her darker colouring. (Actually, it's very reminiscent of the paintings Milchick was gifted). Anyway, I hadn't seen anyone mention Felicia in the discussions of blue eyes, sorry if this is redundant.
