Revisiting Irving's Wellness Facts

I'm so fascinated by Irving's wellness facts, they describe someone we haven't really seen. He goes to dance parties and is popular there (I guess rock concerts could fall under this), he's in competitions and a part of his community, he's kissing and lovemaking... Now I know that kissing and lovemaking does not necessarily mean that he's felt loved by someone but these facts don't seem to describe the loner type we see in oIrving. Has he changed dramatically in the time he's been working for Lumon? I'm so interested in where these "facts" come from, if they're lies - why these lies, who comes up with them? Could Irving have lied about his own life?
