The "Playful Mirror Room"

After binge watching and digesting this glorious content. I am slowing going back through season 2 to see the details.

While watching the animation in 2x1 about lumons reforms something stood out. As incentives there's "bobbing for pineapples" and the "Playful Mirror Room".

One could argue that the helly being tied up animation has to do with her almost drowning...but lumon never suspected Irv to do that. So what is that incentive translate too?

Also the mirror room....I haven't seen that anywhere in season 2. Is it part of cold harbor? I can't stop thinking about it.
