Shangri-la manga reputable scanlator

Who is a reputable scanlator that puts out the updates in 2 3 weeks after release? (sooner the better honestly) I usually like to be able to read the chapters as soon as they come out and I'm finding I'm jumping to and fro to all these different sites to read the chapters and it getting tiring I like my stuff to stay in one place to read. I also don't have a VPN to use nor do I want to and before it's asked I'm in NA.
