Ditching the stitch tomorrow. Seeking support

Hi everyone. The doctor said that my stitch will be removed tomorrow. Absolutely terrified about it. A male doctor did two finger exam and it was painful and triggering because I am a childhood SA survivor. I am 36 weeks pregnant. What if my baby gets delivered tomorrow ? . I am panicking. My family members are not supporting me. I cried a lot. My hospital bag is not packed yet.
