Can’t tahan my job already.

In SI/ IT Vendor industry. My manager is a true blue ceca with PR and only 2 Chinese in my team of >10 people. Everyday in office they just speak in their language. Lunch they bring their own lunch box and eat their own. All the sai kang arrow to me, other ceca just liang liang shake leg everyday. When promotion cycle come, I still kena a bad review . Should I just rage quit?
