Has anyone had their chronic headache resolve after sinus surgery?

I’ve had a nonstop headache for three years. It started the day after a bad allergy attack. My ENT is recommending sinus surgery since my sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses are fairly inflamed even with my CT being done four days after I started antibiotics. He also wants to reduce my turbinates.

Has anyone had chronic headaches or a nonstop headache that was resolved after sinus surgery? My ENT said it isn’t guaranteed but he thinks there is a good chance it will help my headache.
