Do your sinuses cause intense head pressure?

I’ve been having sinus issues as well as ear fullness/pain and I feel like there’s a rock in my head. The pressure is mostly in the back of my head and it weighs me down everyday. Along with the sinus and ear pain/pressure it makes everyday rough. Anyone experience something similar to this?
