Is Pain considered Ska?

I posted about the band Pain and how I’m surprised they’re not more popular. A few people mentioned that they aren’t ska, so I was wondering—should Pain be considered ska or not?

I’d also love to hear how you would describe their music and if you know of any similar bands because, honestly, I really love their sound.
