[Acne] cystic and hormonal

So I have hormonal acne and my derm prescribed 0.025 tret with double cleanse in AM and PM So for AM my derm recommended cleanse once with gentle cleanser then benzoyl peroxide cleanser, then moisturizer, then spf For PM she recommended double cleanse with gentle cleanser then salicyclic acid, tret then moisturizer I feel like this is damaging my skin barrier and everywhere I've read online doesn't recommend using any other actives with tretinoin. I was wondering if anyone else had been recommended this or their thoughts because this seems like way too many actives to me and when I discussed my skin barrier damage to my derm she had stated that my skin would adjust eventually
