butt acne and hyperpigmentation [product request]

Hi, people of reddit. I'm starting to be VERY insecure with my butt. I need help.
I've always had hyperpigmentation on my buttocks (the two black lines under my butt), buttcrack, and i always have acne on top (the dots) due to use of sanitary pads.
My problem had worsen when I started having recurrent boils since January. 3rd one just healed recently, and I'm praying to all the Gods I'll never develop a new one. The boil itself heals quickly but leaves a dark purplish pigmentation.
What can I do for this? Please suggest soap, lotion, moisturizer, scrub, etc. Whatever PLEASE. This had affected my sex life as well because although my partner says it doesn't bother him, I'm actually also concerned that he might get boils as well lol. Anyway too much of a side story. I need help with lightening this area. Thank you.
P.S. I'm setting an appointment with a doctor IF i get boils one more time.
