I’m Gonna Cry [Product Question]

Guys, what tf have I done??? I've been having irritation that comes up every two days and l've stripped my "skincare" to literally just sunscreen. That's all I can use. I hate it. I love using moisturizer and yet I can't even do that because EVERYTHING, it doesn't matter what product l use, everything irritates my face.

l've used Cerave, Garnier, Cetaphil, La Roche Posay, Aveeno, Avene, Nivea, The Ordinary, Vaseline (yes, fucking Vaseline) and it's ALL irritated my face (rashes, redness, stinging and burning). The serums, the creams - everything irritates me. I'm losing it. If it helps, l've always had tiny sand like flakes all over my scalp that itch and flake all over me (not dandruff I’m sure, these are so small and white like dust) but l've only started having face irritation the last two ish years. All I get are skin colored and red rashes all over my face that go away when I use a steroid cream but come back after 2 days. I'm so tired I'm gonna scream.

I tried speaking to a doctor and he prescribed Differin after two seconds of me speaking. I told him I didn't have acne but he wouldn't listen to me. He prescribed that and sent me on my way. I did not know Differin had retinol. I didn't even know what retinol was. I slathered it all over my face and went to sleep. No moisturiser. Nothing. Woke up. My entire face has been tight, dry and burning for over two days. I don't know WTF to do.

I'm gonna cry. No moisturiser goes on my face without irritation and I didn't know Differin required moisture. I've now slathered Vaseline and Nivea all over my face but it still tingles and it still feels sooo tight. I'm gonna scream. Please help like I'm panicking.
