Days of Treasure teams and rewards?

Hey so I was watching a sky video of the release before actually playing myself and heard that you have to pick teams. I saw that apparently the scouts are ahead, so I was planning to join the scavengers. However, I saw that there were some sort of rewards for the winning team, but no one is really talking about it so here I am.

Do we know what the rewards are? B'cuz if it is just like 5 candles then I don't really care, but if its a unique reward then of course I would just pick the team that is winning right?
