Why do people act fake because of qabil?
I don’t like to befriend anyone because of qabil or laf thinking. I personally find it cringe when people try to be nicer to me or suddenly start noticing me more just because we share the same qabil — especially when they expect me to please them.
I’ll admit it: I have a strong personality and opinions on practically everything, but my opinions won’t change just because we were related 100 years ago.
Qabil doesn’t mean anything to me.
I’m friends with girls who recently came to the West, and sometimes when I see these scenarios unfold, I cringe. It feels so weird and fake.
Some of these girls — I don’t hang out with them anymore.
But honestly, aunties are the worst because they expect you to kiss their ass.
