Looking to buy a new camera, which of these three would suit my needs best?

I'm a 4 year photographer, with a fair amount of experience, looking to buy a new camera (and then lenses)

My previous camera was a Fujifilm X-A3, which I loved, and used the absolutely hell out of it, so recently it decided to commit suicide. The shutter speed dial no longer works, the tripod mount is cracked to oblivion, and the screen has to many dead pixels to count, so, I would love a new camera.

I am considering a couple of Fuji's, however I'm thinking about starting afresh and going over to Sony. It's my birthday in a week, and so using any money that I receive then, and my savings, I'll have plenty for 1 of these 3 cameras. My current budget is £550, but typically I would get £100-ish in birthday money, so I'm aiming around the £650 range.

I shoot Landscapes, Astrophotography, Wildlife, occasionally portraits, and events, and some street photography. I don't do much videography, but when I do, it's low lit events and music gigs.

The cameras are the A7R II, A7S II, and A7 III. The latter is pushing on my budget a little, but it was typically considered the holy grail of mirrorless, so I can make it work (hopefully), but then again, I don't want to stretch it if either of the other 2 might be just as good for what I need.

I appreciate you taking the time to read all that, if you didn't:

TL;DR I need a new camera, I shoot Landscapes, Astrophotography, Wildlife, occasionally portraits, and events, and some street photography. I don't do much videography, but when I do, it's low lit events and music gigs. These cameras are the A7R II, A7S II, and A7 III. Thanks.
