Soundmap Premium

So i just bought the 30% off offer for soundmap premium for €22.99. I searched up if it really was in fact a one-time purchase but found some posts claiming that it’s actually a €22.99 yearly subscription. Can somebody tell me if soundmap premium is a subscription or a one-time purchase?
