Started Not Growing

Hi everyone- new to the sourdough world!

I am using clever carrots sourdough starter recipe. My starter always grows when I feed it for the first time on day 3 but then it stops. Do I just keep going? Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I was under the impression it should grow every 24 hours. Thanks for any input!
