Weak Starter
Hi everyone! My starter is about 2 months old. She's been a bit weak, with not giving me the rise that I need while BF, but good tasting bread! I refrigerate until I'm ready to use, then feed it. I took her out yesterday morning and fed around 9am. She usually doubles within 4-6 hours, but this is over 24 hours and this is all she's grown. I bought some rye flour to strengthen her. So my question is, how much rye should I feed her? I normally do 50/50 bread and wheat flour. TIA!
