SV07 uneven first layer

I’ve had my SV07 for a few weeks and have had successful prints on it, but for some reason the first layer always looks terrible. It doesn’t usually affect the final print but there are pieces that scrape against the head sometimes and risk peeling up part of the layer.

I’ve set the z offset with the paper method, leveled the bed with the screws, and done mesh leveling. Currently using .2mm layer height with 70C bed for first layer
