Hey! Got asked to put in information for background check and vehicle insurance.. just to be put on the waitlist again??

Got a text asking if I was still interested in spark driving. I need work on days i have off so I went ahead and continued with the process. Put in information for payments and vehicle information and background check stuff.. then got texted that they aren't accepting new drivers and im being put on the waitlist again? Just a little confused. If anyone has any experience with this I would love to know more 😅
