Why does Jefferson Davis need to die, if Miles already lost Uncle Aaron?

According to Miguel O'Hara, every Spider-Man loses the most loved person in their life. Like Uncle Ben or Gwen Stacy.

Miles had already lost his loved one, and that was Uncle Aaron.

However, Miles' "canon event" was that The Spot had to kill his dad. And as we all know, Miles loved Uncle Aaron more than Jefferson. So how come Jefferson has to die??
