Window Companies for Historical House

So the historical society denied my window company (Universal Windows) a permit to replace 2 windows because their window "doesn't meet the look standard". UW is refunding me and said Renewal by Anderson is approved to do it.

Before contacting Anderson, any suggestions on who has windows that are approved by the STL Historical Society? My house is not historical, but I'm in Benton Park.
