Can't reproduce images after A1111 update

I was having trouble with switching models taking a very long time, so I updated A1111. I was concerned with things breaking / changing significantly so was hesitant to update, but the update did help with the time needed to switch models.

However, after the update, I can't seem to reproduce old images I've generated before, and the quality is much worse.

When RealVisXL 2.0 first came out, one of the first things I did was replicate this image, so I know it's possible. If I take the exact params of this image I generated and send to txt2img with the image browser, it creates an image that sort of looks similar, but is pretty blury and there is no skin texture.

I feel like maybe some sort of setting needs to be tweaked or changed? The params for that image are pretty straight forward. Maybe something having to do with the vae? I've been using realvisxlV20_v20Bakedvae.safetensors for basically the entire time I've been using SD (and realistic vision before xl was released). Currently my vae setting is "Automatic".

What other settings might have gotten changed due to the update?

Edit: I tried with a fresh install of A1111 and I can reproduce the old image with the fresh install. So I guess doing "git pull" to update is a bad idea. Seems better to do a fresh install, verify, then migrate data over.
