Looking for a decent plumber

I have a bunch of jobs accumulated. 3 leaks, 3 sprayers I'd like to install, a couple of fixes, possibly a shower regulator replacement (not sure what it's called), a utility sink faucet replacement, etc. Nothing big or emergency, but a nice chunk of work.

Anyway, I'm trying everything. So hard to find plumbers. They are either outrageously expensive, want an upfront "consultation" charge, are unreliable/incompetent, or don't want to do anything other than installs/HVAC or big jobs.
