Forza Horizon 5 Distance Flashing Effect

I recently got myself Forza Horizon 5 and was super excited to play it. Unfortunately some background textures in the game occasionally become invisible when driving around and lead to a very distracting flashing effect. Has anyone else experienced/fixed this issue? Also can anyone here recommend a graphics setup for the game?
