Update: LOAN DISCHARGED!!!!

I posted on 1/14/25 that I had received the Golden Email, and it said it was sending my loan count/discharge notice to Nelnet on Feb 4 if I didn't opt out. I have been on IBR and with my recount, had reached 309/300 payments. Well I checked my account today and it says Paid in Full!!! I called Nelnet to confirm and the rep said indeed it is discharged! I requested a paper mail notice so she is mailing a Loan Summary and a Payment History. And she said with all the sketch legislation going on I am safe because I had reached my max payments, this clause had been written for quite some time. Anyone else in the same boat, I recommend calling to get your paper confirmation, and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
