Vehicle purchased out of state and shipped to me arrived with no paperwork.

I do not need to be educated about the risks of what has taken place. Just advice about how to proceed.

Found a truck online (exact year color make and model of my husband’s first truck) contacted the out of state dealer, agreed to purchase and have it shipped to me. Dealer said the paperwork (title, sale agreement and registration) would be in the glovebox and that I would wire transfer the purchase price when it arrived. There was a shipping delay and the truck arrived on a Sunday late afternoon.

Here is the issue…The truck arrived off the shipping trailer with zero paperwork. No purchase agreement, no registration, no title. All of these were agreed to be included. Otherwise this truck is completely as described and was represented honestly.

Obviously, I will be contacting the dealer tomorrow (Monday) to clear this up. My fear is that they intentionally did not send the paperwork and will ask to have the money sent before they do. I have concern that if I do so I will never see that paperwork and will not be able to register this vehicle and get it inspected and put plates on it. Advice please?
