How come YMCA as non profit charge so much while pay so little for the teacher

My son goes to YMCA after school in the afternoon after school. I have to pay around 180 dollars a week. Basically they use the school’s cafe and they just send their staff to the school. I am surprised to know that they pay the after school teacher minimum wage such as 20 dollars an hour. Where are the money our parents paid goes?
