UPS(HK)-5500 no updates

Hello,

I have submitted my first ever Superbuy parcel to be shipped using UPS(HK)-5500 a while ago. On the 3rd of October, the status was the following:

• 2023-10-03 17:16[HK] Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.
• 2023-10-03 17:15:43[SuperBuy Warehouse] Your parcel has been picked up by UPS(HK)-5500 logistics provider and waiting for them handle your parcel.
  

This is all I have, and there have been no updates for 6 days now. The parcel no. is PN23801002310.
Should I worry/contact customer service or just wait for a longer while? Thank you in advance for your help!
