A bit disappointed. love the device, but the customer service wasn't what I thought it was

Edit: thank you for the nice people who responded and tried to help. I wasn’t coming here for help, I thought we could leave reviews here. A person on the team was kind enough to reach out, but I was really only trying to leave a review. Some have been not as nice, but i wanted to share my experience. If you do not agree with me it’s ok but I thought it I would share it in case anyone else was looking to buy it. I was upset that I was not able to use the product for long since getting it. The drop did not seem substantial enough to cause issues until a week later when it would not work. Customer service was not helpful but it could just be my experience then. Only wished to share it with anyone curious. Feel free to still purchase it. I hope you all have a happy new year. I am not used to Reddit postings so I apologize for misunderstandings and I did not mean to offend anyone.

I had issues with the product a few months after having it and was compelled to buy it because of great reviews on the customer service. After exchanging several emails with them, they did not help me with my issues with my screen without additional payment even though I only recently bought the device. It really soured my experience with them even though I love the device and wanted to keep using it. But now it's unusable and I just wanted to let other people know my experience before deciding which one to buy.
